The pillars of our quality policy:
- Consistently satisfying customer needs by providing first-rate products and continuously enhancing their quality.
- Creating conditions where quality will be the key product feature, from the first contact with the customer or supplier until the end of a product life cycle.
- Ensuring that all company employees behave in a manner that continuously improves everything we do.
- Taking measures that encourage a higher quality of products and services.
The company implements its quality policy through the following measures:
- A quality management system according to CSN EN ISO 9001:2001 has been adopted and is subject to continuous improvement.
- All managers at all levels have the right competencies and primary responsibility for enhancing our quality.
- Managers must adopt measures to get all employees involved in the care and improvement of quality.
- Quality improvement must be a continuous process under constant monitoring.
- All operations of the company must respect the requirements of customers and users, both internal and external ones.
- Suppliers must be involved in the in-house quality management system.
- Great attention is paid to employee training and education.
- Measures are adopted to ensure the quality policy is embraced by every employee.
- The management provides resources needed to implement the quality policy.
